Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to examine the group formation stages and to discuss leadership characteristics and skills in line with group and team dynamics.

Course Content

Stages of group formation, group structure: norms roles, structure of group dynamics, importance of group dynamics in leadership, group communication structure, role of group dynamics in leadership skills.
