Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enable students to examine the relationship between education and law and the right to education in the theoretical framework in accordance with national and international legal documents, to explain the documents related to the rights and responsibilities of education stakeholders, and to discuss problems and proposals related to education law.

Basic law concepts, sources and branches, - The relationship between education and law, - The scope and importance of education law, - The basic concepts about the right to education, - The national legal resources of the right to education, - The international resources of the right to education, - The rights and responsibilities of education stakeholders. related legal documents, -Educational law problems and solution proposals.
