Objectives of the Course

To learn the history of volleyball and basic skills of volleyball. To learn the rules of volleyball game. To learn basic tactics of volleyball.

Volleyball history in the world and Turkey. Volleyball game rules. Basic techniques. Volleyball tactics.

Learning Outcomes
1.Explains the basic rules and structure of volleyball.
2.Performs fundamental volleyball techniques (serve, pass, forearm pass, spike, block) correctly.
3.Demonstrates effective communication and coordination within a team during gameplay.
4.Makes appropriate tactical decisions according to different game situations.
5.Conducts volleyball activities safely and behaves in accordance with sports ethics.
6.Explains the recreational use of volleyball and is able to organize amateur-level events.

Passing techniques: Overhead pass (forward and backward)

Serving techniques: Underhand and overhand serve
