Course Content

The aim of this course is to provide the students with an understanding of the types, characteristics and changes in the body during exercise.

1.Explains the effects of female physiology on exercise.
2.Identifies types of recreational exercises suitable for women at different life stages (e.g., pregnancy, menopause).
3.Analyzes socio-cultural barriers that affect women’s participation in exercise and recreational activities.
4.Evaluates recreational exercise programs that support women’s physical, psychological, and social well-being.
5.Plans and implements group-based, enjoyable, and motivating recreational activities and exercises for women.
6.Develops recreational strategies to promote women’s active use of their leisure time.
