To understand the basic concepts of measurement and evaluation; to be able to comprehend the measured features in education; to count various measurement tools; to comprehend the basic properties of various measurement tools; develop sample for measurement tools; apply various statistical operations on measurement results and evaluate according to measurement results. Comprehend the importance of measurement and evaluation in recreation, know measurement and evaluation tools and methods in recreation and also apply these concepts and skills to recreation area.
The place and importance of measurement and evaluation in education, basic concepts related to measurement and evaluation, the qualifications required in measurement tools (reliability, validity, usability), measurement tools and properties used in education, basic statistical operations on measurement results, assessment of learning outcomes, grading , tests used in the measurement of recreation, questionnaires and their evaluation, development of measurement tool related to recreation area.
