| 1. | Explains the concepts of parks and open spaces, their historical development, and recreational functions. |
| 2. | Analyzes the design principles of parks and open spaces by considering the needs of different user groups (children, elderly, disabled, etc.). |
| 3. | Evaluates the principles of environmental, social, and economic sustainability in the planning of public recreation areas. |
| 4. | Plans appropriate site selection and arrangements for recreational activities in open spaces. |
| 5. | Develops solution proposals regarding safety, accessibility, and user satisfaction in parks and open spaces. |
