Week 1 - Theoretical
Introduction to the course; definition, history and importance of gymnastics
Week 2 - Theoretical
Warm-up and stretching techniques; basic body positions
Week 3 - Practice
Basic balance exercises and coordination skills
Week 4 - Practice
Fundamental movements in floor gymnastics (rolls, handstand, etc.)
Week 5 - Theoretical
Introduction to apparatus gymnastics: Trampoline, balance beam
Week 6 - Practice
Handstand and bridge positions; assisted practices
Week 7 - Practice
Types of rolls (forward & backward) and technical applications
Week 8 - Practice
The student can perform basic gymnastics movements in series, in accordance with the rules. evaluation
Week 9 - Theoretical
Balance exercises: single-leg stance, balance on moving surfaces
Week 10 - Practice
Partner exercises and movement combinations
