Objectives of the Course

The aim of the Health Information and First Aid course is to educate students as first aid providers in compliance with the Ministry of Health and European standards in emergency situations that require assistance.

Course Content

Principles of first aid, emergency evaluation, communication skills, interaction with the injured, keeping the airway open, interventions to bleeding, intervention to fractures and soft tissue injuries, first aid in case of poisoning, intervention to head and spinal cord injuries.
