Objectives of the Course

The objective is to have a knowledge of social security law and develop the capacity of critical analysis.

Course Content

Within the context of this course, the basic elements of social insurances for the employees and social benefits for unemployed people and the caselaw will be analysed.

1.Students will master the basic concepts of social security law and will see how the social security system is organized.
2.As a result of examining and evaluating judicial decisions in this area, they will be able to improve their legal reasoning skills.
3.Students perform the process within the framework of legislation when they are in ge positions of labor relations in working life.
4.Students learn how to maintain labor relations within the framework of law.
5.They can solve all risks they may face in their life in social security system and practices of Turkey.
