Objectives of the Course

Drawing on the framework of financial management, investment decisions and financial markets, this course deals with fundamental components of financial management and basic financial decisions and applications to solve financial problems.

Course Content

Finance function and financial objectives in companies, the time value of money financial analysis and control, financial planning, working capital management, capital budgeting, investment planning, evaluation of risky investment projects, capital structure and capital structure decisions, capital costs, financing and operating leverage, dividend policy, financial markets, instruments and institutions, asset management, returns and calculating the risk, international finance and markets, risk management and tools, case studies.
