This course deals with basic principles and theories of finance and their application in the business area. Time value of money, financial planning, investment decisions and factors influencing these decisions, capital structure, optimum fund raising methods are the fundemantal topics of the course.
Introduction to financial management, objectives of financial managers, financial statements and financial planning, financial analysis, the time value of money, interest and annuity accounts, bond valuation, stock valuation, discussion of current economic problems in the frame of learnt information.
