The aim of this course is to inform the students about management process in order that the students acquire the competence to link management concepts and the knowledge to correctly describe and solve managerial problems.
Management and Organization concept and Explaining Related concepts, Decision Making process, Planning, Organizational Structure, Classical Organization Theory, Neo-Classical Organization Theory, System Approach, Midterms, Contingency Theory, Approaches to Environmental Compliance , Total Quality management, Utilization of Outsourcing -Key Capabilities, Network organizations, Process Renewal-comparison, Empowerment-Minimisation-decreasing position-Learning Organizations of the employee, Mass Customization- Total Success Indicator Method-Corporate Governance.
