Objectives of the Course

This course is designed to inform participants regarding topics such as people's self-perception, perceptions of others and the organization , motivation, job satisfaction, groups, leadership, communication, stress and time management in work settings.

Course Content

Role and Importance of the Psychology of Management and Organization, Organizational Behavior and Contemporary Approaches - Detection and Attribution Processes, Personality and Analysis of personal Differences, groups and group differences in organizations, Organizational Culture, Beliefs, Attitudes and Moral Attitudes to Innovation - monotony, Absenteeism - Organizational Stress, Participation in Management in Organizations, Leadership, Motivation in organizations, conflicts in organizations, organizational power and organizational politics.
