This course aims to provide the students the ability to understand and utilize effective supply chain management strategies.
Purchasing and contract management, Introduction to Supply Chain Management, Supply chain organization, supplier selection process, distribution networks, inventory management, pricing decisions, supply chain coordination and bullwhip effect, use of information technology.
