Examining the concepts of political communication and public diplomacy to make sense of their use in the field of communication.

1.Understands how public diplomacy is used in political communication.
2.Based on the examples of public diplomacy used in political communication applications, it gains the ability to create plan drafts.
3.Discuss the usage features of the concept of public diplomacy in political communication.
4.Defines the effects of globalization on media organizations, communication sectors and policies
5.Establishes a relationship between the ownership structure of media organizations and news reception and news production processes
