Objectives of the Course

Digital transformation is blurring the borders between cyber and physical systems as well as man and machine. Tremendous opportunities are out there both for manufacturing and service industries thanks to the synergy created bythis transformation of the landscape.

Dersin Özet İçeriği In the course, In order to maintain and improve their firms’ competitiveness, decision makers need to know the technologies, approaches, and best Practices that further this transformation. Digital transformation has also enhance the role of innovation in global competitive environment among other operational priorities (cost, quality, flexibility, and delivery). This course involves in-depth discussion of related topics, cases, and best practices on digital transformation and innovation management.
