Objectives of the Course

Leadership theories, techniques, leadership problems in recreation. Leader's roles in management, planning, and recreation program execution

Course Content

Knows the basic concepts of leadership and leadership theories, Explains the place and importance of the leader in the management process, Explains the role and importance of the leader in recreational activities, Can understand the interaction of leadership with behavioral processes such as power and authority, motivation, conflict management, change management.
