Objectives of the Course

To teach the theories, researches and current practices about human resource management in recreation, the basics of individual and group management.

Course Content

İnsan kaynakları yönetiminin önemi ve işletmelerdeki fonksiyonu, insan kaynakları bölümünün örgütlenmesi, iş analizi, insan kaynakları planlaması, personel seçimi ve yerleştirme, eğitim ve geliştirme, performans değerlendirme, işletme içi kariyer geliştirme sistemlerinin kurulması, ücret yönetimi ve diğer ödül sistemleri.
