Knows and understands physical fitness parameters and influencing factors, Knows, applies and interprets laboratory and field tests, Knows and creates fitness training for athletes, Knows and creates exercise prescription for sedentary individuals, Knows and can evaluate physical fitness in different groups
At the end of this course, students learn the concepts of physical fitness, the parameters of physical fitness and the factors affecting them. Learns to create an exercise prescription for sedentary individuals and to create a training program for athletes by learning the laboratory and field tests used for performance evaluation. It also learns the assessment of physical fitness in children, the elderly and women.
