Objectives of the Course

System physiology and acute changes that occur in exercise, energy systems and their relationship with different physical activities, physiological changes during exercise, physiological and metabolic events that occur after exercise, physiological factors affecting performance in various sportive activities, and morphological and physical activities that occur with regular physical activity. to provide information about biochemical adaptations and to gain basic skills related to measurement and evaluation in exercise physiology.

1.At the end of this course, the student knows the structure of nerve and muscle cells. Explain the structure and functions of the nervous system. Explain the molecular mechanism of muscle contraction

4.Knows the hormonal responses that occur during exercise.
