Based on knowledge and innovation on the basis of long-term economic growth lies in technological developments. As long as capital and technology in developing countries, developed countries' level of knowledge gelemeyeceklerdir artıramadıkları. Obtained thanks to new products and new production methods, new technologies provide the key competitive advantage to companies in a globalized world. In this context, the most important production factor, which became the course of technological advances nowadays withdrawal of the student's attention.
Different schools of economics, technology and innovation point of view, the organization of technological development, industrialization and development, the role of technological development, R & D management and policy, development of science and technology policies in Turkey, the national technology policy and strategy, Science Parks and Technopolis, Technology Transfer.
