Objectives of the Course

To introduce the cells-tissues-organs and systems that make up the human body. To explain and apply how energy sources are formed for physical exertion in the short and long term, and the effects of physical exertion on respiratory-circulatory-nerve and other systems in different environments.

Course Content

To teach the effects of physical changes in different environments on performance and their applications. To compare the effects of long-term adaptations to training on systems.
