Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with; that psychological skills are as important as physical skills in sports; in this context, to cope with stress and anxiety, to develop concentration skills, to teach the necessary techniques to increase motivation and to enable them to develop the right approach in the competition and competition processes (before, during, after).

Course Content

The formation of motivation in sports, approaches of different theories and motivational strategies specific to different situations.
