Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to measure and evaluate kinantropometric measurements, body structure-types and body composition.

Course Content

This course includes theoretical and practical information about Kinanthropometry. This course includes determining the anatomical locations required for anthropometric measurements, making basic measurements (such as body weight, standing and sitting height), skinfold, circumference, length and width measurements and associating these anthropometric measurements with sportive performance and health.
