Objectives of the Course

It is aimed that the student will have knowledge about the effects of the understanding of modernization that emerged after Tanzimat in the context of political and cultural communication and the social effects of the spread of mass media in Turkey.

Course Content

The effects of the understanding of modernization that emerged after Tanzimat in the context of political and cultural communication, the social effects of the spread of mass media in Turkey are emphasized and explained with case studies and approaches.
