Objectives of the Course

Learning instrumental analysis techniques and their applications in milk and dairy products.

Course Content

Chromatographic analysis methods, Spectrophotometric analysis methods, Chromatographic analysis methods, Spectrophotometric analysis methods, Electrophoretic analysis techniques, Instrumental analysis techniques used in the determination of nitrogenous substances in milk and its products, Instrumental analysis techniques used in the determination of the lactose content of milk and its products, Instrumental analysis techniques applied in the determination of the fat content of milk and its products, Aroma substances in milk and its products. Instrumental analysis techniques used in the detection of milk, Instrumental analysis of mineral substances found in milk and its products.
