Objectives of the Course

The aim is to organize experiments set up under laboratory conditions in dairy technology according to a specific trial design and evaluate their outputs through this technique. In this course, basic trial technique topics that Dairy Technology students will need for their future research are covered. To this end; Topics such as choosing the appropriate trial design, planning and setting up the experiment, and evaluating and interpreting the results are touched upon.
