Objectives of the Course

Providing an infrastructure to understand current issues in logistics

Course Content

Examines the planning and management of logistics services and supply chain activities. Introduction to physical distribution and logistics, logistics systems, logistics and supply chain management, order management and customer service, inventory management principles, distribution centers and warehousing, logistics cost analysis, information technologies and electronic logistics
