The aim of this course is to provide the ability to identify and solve production and operation problems.
Production Management and System in Businesses, Production Strategy and Productivity, Product Development and Design Process, Product Design Tools and Methods, Facility Layout, Facility Layout Design, Inventory Management, Inventory Models, Manufacturing Resource Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning, Definition and Dimensions of Quality, Total Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Management and Critical Links.
