Objectives of the Course

Identify and analyze the classical texts of Islamic moral philosophy. Acquire knowledge of the meanings attributed to the concept of virtue, examine the views of Islamic thinkers on the acquisition of virtues and the elimination of vices. Evaluate the approaches put forward in prominent works in this field on the source of virtue and its impact on daily life.
