Objectives of the Course

To aim of this course is to provide to students to introduce of annual and perennial herbs not yet cultivated, and to inform about the collection times and growing.

Course Content

Herbs evaluated as vegetable, the importance of this herbs, human diet potential, morphological characters, ecological requirements, propagation, classification and consumption types.
