Objectives of the Course

To acquire information about horticultural crops growing harmoniously to the laws of the European Union to the students in their first year at the Science Institute

The laws of past, present, nd future of horticultural crops with Turkish perspective during the road to European Union; sustainable and organic growing in fruit, vegetables, and ornamental plants; pre- and post-harvest management; good agricultural practices
