Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to give knowledge about that seedling material production called as Spawn/Brut used in mushroom propagation

Course Content

Life cycle of mushroom seedling production methods, different media preparation, seedling production in different mushroom species, storage of mycells and seedlings, laboratuary equipmants and their usage will be examined in this the course content.
