Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to give informations about mushroom species andgmushroom growing techniques in Turkey and in the World

Course Content

Taxonomy, descriptions, expansions, food contents, medicinial characters, natural media, mycellium caharacters, production methods, growing media and growing parameters of cultivating mushroom species . It will be developed to student's skills about mushroom growing by applications.
