Objectives of the Course

To Examine of alternative agriculture methods under lighting of permaculture and other methods and to learn and discuss of the sustainable vegetable growing.

Course Content

By diversity of agricultural applications, permaculture emerged and permaculture accepts the principles of respect of nature and sustainable ad disapproves excessive consumption. In this course frame, vegetable growing be examined in perspective of permaculture. It is discussed conventional, ecological, biodynamical agriculture comparing with shumei and permaculture
