Objectives of the Course

The course is designed to provide information about the principles of integrated control and the integrated control of diseases of cultivated plants, which are of economic importance in our country.

Course Content

This course takes into account the basic disease concept in plants and the related measurable parameters (such as incidence, prevalence, disease severity, and yield losses), the primary control methods against plant diseases (cultural, physical, biological, chemical) in the direction of integrated management principles. It aims to introduce the integrated control methods of plant diseases in practice with examples.

Learning Outcomes
1.Learning the principles of integrated plant disease control methods
2.To learn the primary diseases of some cultivated plants that are economically important in our country.
3.To learn the fungicides recommended by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry within the scope of integrated pest management against major and other diseases.
4.Evaluate and learn about the integrated disease management practices at each cultivated crop.
5.To gain the ability to synthesize all plant disease control methods.
