Objectives of the Course

Educate to masters who got sufficient knowledge about how promote quality and quantity of animal production with proper nutrition. To make understand of masters about the factors that can effect to present positive correlation with farmers. To establish correct perspective to farmers by promoting of production level and improving of economic standards.

Course Content

Factors which effect quality of animal production, relationship between nutrition with milk, meat and egg production for ruminants and poultry, relation of nutrition and performance for race horses.

Effect of nutrition on milk fat content. Mechanism of milk fat production for dairy cows

Effects of different feed stuffs on milk fat production. Effects of particle size of forage, forage/ concentrate feed ratio, forage quality and protein level of ratio on milk fat production

The effect of nutrition on growth.

Effects of nutrition with different feed sources on some parameters (etc., protein, fat level, storage life) which related with meat quality (Midterm exam)
