Objectives of the Course

The purpose of the course is to be able to tell about sources, types and biological effects of radiation and the usage areas of radiation in medicine

Course Content

The course will cover the definition of radiation, radiation sources and types of radiation, physical properties of radiation, x-rays and their properties, radioactivity, radiometry and biological effects of radiation.
