1. to inform the students about titration methods 2. to describe titration of viruses and their usage area

Course Content

Titration of viruses and their usage area. Titration methods; macro and micro titration, plaque titration.

Learning Outcomes
1.The students learn general knowledge about titration of viruses and their usage areas
2.The students are able to apply procedures for titration methods
3.To have knowledge about titration test performed in different media (in vivo / in vitro).
4.Interpretation of titration test and mathematical analysis and calculation of 100DKID50 units are learned.
5.Learn how to prepare for neutralization test.
