Objectives of the Course

The aims of this course are; 1. to inform the students about genetically variations in viruses 2. to describe mechanism (principles) frequency of mutation in DNA and RNA viruses. 3. to describe mutations, genetic recombination among the various viruses 4. to inform about interactions among different viral gene products

Course Content

Mutations, genetic recombination among the various viruses, interactions among different viral gene products, genetically variations in viruses; mechanism (principles) frequency of mutation in DNA and RNA viruses and new formation of DNA and especially RNA viruses and which caused new virus infections and its origins.
