Objectives of the Course

The aims of this course are; 1. to inform the students about the mediums used for cell culture in Virology. 2. to describe the chemical components of cell and tissue culture. 3. to describe the filtration of medium and its methods. 4. to teach the preparation and filtration of mediums.

Course Content

The Mediums used in obtain (preparation), production and protection of cell and tissue cultures. Chemical components and preparations of cell culture mediums. Filtration methods of mediums using in sterilization.
