Objectives of the Course

The aims of this course are; 1. To teach the criteria for sampling in virological studies. 2. To inform about the virological samples for diagnosis of diseases 3. To teach the selection of appropriate materials for virological studies 4. To tech the sending of samples to virology laboratory. 5. To gain the ability of the inoculum preparation from diseased materials.

Course Content

Basic concepts of epidemiology, contamination ways of viruses. Investigating of epidemic disease. Sampling and variety of sampling for the purpose epidemiology. Control and eradication principles of the diseases. Statistical definitions using in epidemiology.
