Objectives of the Course

1. Providing information to students about retroviruses 2. Detailed explanation of retrovirus infections (Etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinic, immunology) 3. Teaching strategies for combating and protecting against retroviral infections

Course Content

The course includes detailed information about the etiology, epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinic, immunology, pathology and control of retroviruses.

1.Prevention-control information of viral infections of cattle is learned.
2.Infections caused by retroviruses in humans, animals and other organisms are learned.
3.To have knowledge about replication and pathogenesis of retroviruses.
4.To have information about fight against retroviruses and protection methods.
5.Have knowledge about the use of retroviruses as vectors in gene therapy and molecular biotechnology.
