Objectives of the Course

The purpose of this course is changing the perception of public administration, governance, the concept, principles and theories, the nature and the major issues of governance, public administration, based on the mechanism to explain the emerging civil society. During the course, students develop a critical approach to new proposals and aims to discuss these theories.

Course Content

Governance in the field of public administration course on the basis of the new management theories will be discussed in detail. Management theories of historical transformation, the concept of governance, democracy and governance, governance in the process of policy-making function, communication and participation in governance and the role of technology, Network theory, critical topics will be addressed in corporate governance and governance approach.
