Turkey's administrative system in order to understand the historical origins and the future shaping of our country's management system, either directly or have an indirect impact on the comparative study of management systems of the countries intended.
Different countries' public administration systems, structures, mechanisms of administrative and bureaucratic processes are resolved in comparison. The basic structures of public administration in different stages of development, with the main principles and characteristics of contemporary administrative reform efforts are discussed in the comparative and analytical. U.S., France, Britain, Germany and Japan, the historical roots of public administration structures, the current organizational structures, they are faced with problems of public management systems in areas of interaction with the characteristics of the reflections out of the assessments shall be attained to be processed and examined.
