Objectives of the Course

In addition to understanding the theoretical and historical framework of human rights; it's aimed to gain information about national, regional and global human rights regimes.

Course Content

Historical background of human rights and its philosophical foundations, modern human rights theory, political debates, global developments and conventions, human rights protection mechanisms.
