Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide the students to comprehend the basic logic and the basic concepts of international law.

The sources of international law, its differences from the other branches of law, the powers of states, the sub-branches of international law

1.To be able to recognize the basic concepts and principles of international law and the fundamental concepts of international law and order
2. To be able to recognize information about the international law, its sources and contacts in the basic course; the authority of the state, the use of force in international law, international law and domestic law relationship
3.To be able to determine the problems of intenational law and to offer a solution for preventing and resolution of international disputes
4.To be able to have the capability to follow the developments in doctrine and in practice
5.To be able to enhance their knowledge of the main subjects debated in current international law
