Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to study the relationship between the theory of geopolitics and energy security in the international arena of the 21st century.

Course Content

Geopolitics, energy resources, world energy reserves, energy supply security, energy demand security, pipelines, energy threats, global energy trends, Turkey's energy policy

2.To be able to explain the roles of energy supply, energy demand, and energy transit security on the energy policies of states.
3.To be able to comprehend the international balance of power in the background of energy security.
4.To be able to learn the types of energy resources and their current challenges
5.To be able to learn the interaction of energy security with international relations.
