Objectives of the Course

Giving general information about the cardiovascular system and preparing the basis for understanding the drugs related to the system. Thus, to learn diseases of cardiovascular system disorders, main drugs used in the treatment of these diseases and their mechanisms of action and side effects

Course Content

Diseases related to the cardiovascular system and drugs acting on this system can also be effective on the autonomic nervous system. Heart failure, hypertension, cardiac rhythm disorders as well as disorders related to coagulation and anemia, and medications used in these cases are also included in this regard.

1.Establish therapeutic goals, define effective drug groups, and select P-treatment (Patient-treatment) for essential hypertension
2.To understand the effects of inotropic agents
3.To have information about the drugs used in the treatment of arrhythmias
4.To understand the cardiac use of beta receptor antagonists
5.To evaluate The effects and possible side effects of drugs used in the treatment of angina pectoris
6.To have information about the effects and uses of antithrombotic drugs
