Objectives of the Course

Teaching basic nutrition principles in elderly care

Course Content

General principles and importance of nutrition in old age, evaluation of nutrition, complaints and findings related to malnutrition, detection of nutritional deficiencies, nutritional management in chronic diseases affecting nutrition in the elderly.
